Voicemail may not be appearing on your Consumer Cellular VERVE base station due to the following reasons:

1. Voicemail Indicator Not Flashing – If the voicemail indicator is not flashing, the system may not have received any new messages.
2. Intermittent Dial Tone Missing – If you do not hear an intermittent dial tone when picking up the connected handset, there may be no new voicemail messages.
3. Voicemail Not Set Up – Ensure voicemail is correctly set up by dialing 1# on the connected home phone and following the prompts.
4. Network or Device Issues – If voicemail was working before but has stopped, restarting the device or checking signal strength may help.

If the issue persists, checking voicemail settings or contacting Consumer Cellular support may be necessary.

The battery icon on the Consumer Cellular VERVE is flashing because the battery is charging. If the icon is flashing green, the battery level is normal. If it is flashing red, the battery level is low and charging.
