The MIDI THRU connector simply re-transmits any data
received via the MIDI IN connector, allowing several
MIDI devices like the EMR-1 to be ''chained'' together
and controlled simultaneously.

FOOT SW Jack
An optional Yamaha FC-5 Footswitch connected to this
jack can be used for convenient foot control of a number
of EMR-1 functions.
INT/MIDI CLOCK Switch
DC IN Jack

Supplies power to another EM-series device via the supplied
DC cord.
