output
signal

channels.
The
signal
is "1'' when
the hole
is present,
''0" when
the
hole
is absent,
and
10 for fan-out.
The
stopping
position
of this
tape reader
is at OFF character.
The phototransistor
signal
is
stored
into
the data memory
circuit
incorporated
in the tape reader
as a data
output
signal
about
120
us
before
the data
strobe
signal
is generated.
In this
way,
the pre-phototransistor
signal
can
be
maintained
before
the operation
is stopped.
