Flush-Mount with Bracket

Rotate bracket counter clockwise.

Wire the device as shown below.
NOTES:
• Outlet box is required.
• Run the main wire through the middle of the bracket.
• Wire Ground wire to green screw on the mounting bracket.

Switch 3: Sensor ON/OFF
• Turns off sensor so lamp can be used with a single pole switch.

Remove surface cover.

Tighten bracket until flush against the ceiling surface. DO NOT over
tighten. Over tightening will bend the bracket and make installation of lamp
difficult.
NOTE: Use 1/2 in. or 3/4 in. depending upon the depth of the ceiling box.

the bracket.
