No, the Citizen AT8260-18A watch does not automatically adjust for different time zones when traveling. It allows manual city setting from 26 cities and has an auto/manual Summer Time switch, but time zone changes must be set manually.

Setting Summer Time ◆ Summer time Summer Time is a system adopted in some countries/areas to gain an extra hour of daylight during summer by advancing clocks by one hour. In an area where the summer time is in effect, the time signal contains a summer time check signal.
