2. Connect the charger to the port by rotating the connector until it seats into the port.
3. Secure the connector locking sleeve.
4. Plug the other end of the charger into a wall plug.
5. Allow the battery to fully charge.
Postrequisites: The Solar Panel Battery is fully charged.

Pairing Cameras to Mobile Companion
To perform the installation process, cameras must be paired to the Mobile Companion application. Pairing
the camera during pre-installation enables installers to check that the camera is functioning properly in the
Camera Details screen before attempting installation.
Prerequisites: The following must be true of the mobile phone:
● Bluetooth is enabled
● Wi-Fi is enabled
● Mobile Companion is logged on with an Agency Manager or Site Manager account
Obtain the External Antenna.
Procedure:
1. Tap the Cameras icon.
2. Tap the Ellipsis icon at the top of the Cameras screen.
3. Tap Add Camera in the pop-up menu.
4. Tap Start Installation in the Install a new camera screen.
5. Connect the External Antenna to the upper port on the back of the camera.
6. Select the server endpoint that this camera will send detection data to in the Select Endpoint screen.
● To use a VehicleManager Agency, tap LEARN-NVLS.
● To use a ClientPortal Site, tap Client Portal.
● To use the hosted Florida LEARN server Agency, tap LEARN Florida.
● To use a private server, tap Private Server and enter the Server web address and API Key.
● To use a server that requires Agency Permission to send data to, tap Other.
Most accounts use LEARN-NVLS or Client Portal
7. Activate pairing mode on the camera.
a. Press and hold the Power Button for one second.
