Turning on your Aura Pulse

1. Align the charging port pin with the gold dots on the back of the Aura Pulse.
2. Put the Aura Pulse into the charging port gently. Push until you hear and feel a snap.
3. Plug the USB cable into a power source.

Removing the wristband

To remove the wristband, find the Quick Release pin at the bottom of the Aura Pulse. Press the pin inward, and pull to remove the wristband gently.

Installing the wristband

To install the wristband, align one side of the wristband with the hole of the Aura Pulse, push the exposed pin in, and press the wristband into place.

Activation and syncing

1. Download the AuraTrack™ app on your compatible iOS or Android device.
2. Enable Bluetooth on your iOS or Android device.
3. Turn your Aura Pulse on.
4. Pair your device with Aura Pulse

Gestures for using the touchscreen

Swipe up or down on the touchscreen to scroll through all features.

Slide left for the today view, and slide right for the day/night mode.

Slide right when not on the home page to return to the previous page.

Cover the screen* fully for 3 seconds to return to the home page.

*Covering the screen to return to the home page doesn't work in while taking SPO2 or Heart rate measurements, or while using Activity tracking.

Wear and Maintenance Tips

1. Be careful to adjust the tightness of the Aura Pulse so that it is not too tight to ensure smooth blood circulation.
2. Wear the Aura Pulse fairly tightly to your skin during workouts or other physical activity.
3. Do not apply excessive skincare products to the wrist with the Aura Pulse.
4. Remove the Aura Pulse immediately if you feel any temperature changes or excessive heat.
5. Take the Aura Pulse off from time to time to clean it and give your skin a chance to breathe. You can use this time to recharge the Aura Pulse as well.
6. Regularly clean and dry the Aura Pulse with a clean, wet cloth, paying particular attention to areas that contact with your skin.

Frequently Asked Questions

• What can I do if my Aura Pulse fails to connect to the AuraTrack app?
  1. First, check to see if the Aura Pulse's battery is low.
  2. Next, check to see if multiple mobile phone devices are trying to connect to the Aura Pulse. For example, if you have used Aura Pulse with an iOS device and are now pairing Aura Pulse to an Android device, you will need to unpair Aura Pulse from your iOS device. You can do that by opening the Settings app on your iOS device, open Bluetooth settings, locate your Aura Pulse, and tap Forget.
  3. If you still cannot connect to the Aura Pulse after multiple attempts, try turning on airplane mode on your mobile phone. Then wait for 5 seconds, turn back off airplane mode, and close the AuraTrack app. After that, try opening the app again and connecting to the Aura Pulse.
  4. If that does not work, try restarting your phone.
  5. If all else fails, try restarting the Aura Pulse.
• Does Bluetooth need to be always enabled when I wear the Aura Pulse?
  In order for the AuraTrack app to function optimally, Bluetooth should always be enabled.
• What can I do if my Aura Pulse doesn't update?
  There are a few things you can try:
  1. First, make sure that the Aura Pulse's battery is above 50% before trying to update it.
  2. If the update still doesn't work, just try updating again at a later time.
  3. Another option is to try using the tracker while the AuraTrack app is closed on your mobile phone.
• My Aura Pulse won't charge or turn on after being charged. What can I do?
  First, check to see if the charging cradle is properly connected to the Aura Pulse. If it is, try checking to see if the Aura Pulse is charging after 5-10 minutes by looking at the display. If the Aura Pulse's battery is above 3%, it should turn on normally.
