To reconnect your Shark MATRIX PLUS UR2360S to Wi-Fi after it went offline, follow these steps:
1. Turn OFF the robot by pressing and holding the DOCK button for 5-7 seconds. 2. Wait 10 seconds, then turn the robot back ON by pressing and holding the DOCK button for 5-7 seconds. 3. Turn off your phone and wait 30 seconds. 4. Turn your phone back on and open Wi-Fi settings. 5. Find the Shark network, select it, and choose "Forget Network." 6. Reopen the SharkClean® app and retry the connection process.
If the robot does not reconnect automatically, remove it from the Self-Empty Base, power it off, wait 10 seconds, and place it back on the base.
