The OM SYSTEM TG-7 may not charge when connected to a computer via USB if the battery is fully drained. When the battery has no remaining charge, the camera may not display the charging menu, preventing the user from selecting the charging option. Additionally, some computers may not provide sufficient power through USB to charge the camera properly. Using a dedicated USB power adapter instead of a computer USB port may resolve the issue.
