APPLICATION EXCEPTIONS: Use in open
light fi xtures only. Not for use in totally
enclosed or sealed fi xtures. Not suitable for all
fi xtures. Not for use with dimmers, electronic
timers,photocells. Keep away from radios,
televisions or other devices using infrared ray
remote controllers (except this product) .
LIFETIME QUALIFICATION: Rated average
life of 40000 hours is the length of time which
70% lumen maintenance is reached and is
based on engineering testing and probability
analysis.
NOTE: This device complies with Part15 of
the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the
following two conditions: (1) This device may
not cause harmful interference, and (2) this
device must accept any interference received,
including interference that may cause
undesired operation.
FCC Regulations state that any unauthorized
changes or modifi cations not expressly
approved by the manufacturer could void the
user's authority to operate this equipment.
This equipment has been tested and found

device, pursuant to Part15 of the FCC
Rules. These limits are designed to provide
