System errors

Introduction

The system may occasionally display a system error, consisting of a numerical code of 12 digits followed
by the recommended action that you should take.
In most cases you will be asked to restart the equipment. When the printer starts, it can diagnose the
issue better and may be able to fix it automatically. If the problem persists after restarting, contact your
support representative and be ready to give the numerical code from the error message.
Instructions for some specific messages are given below. In other cases, follow the instructions in the
message.
0015-0016-0115 E-Cabinet Prepost - Residual Current Circuit
Breaker (FB2) tripped
Residual Current Circuit Breaker (FB2) not detected voltage after RCCB.
WARNING!
1.
Turn the machine off using the main switch located on the electrical cabinet door.
2.
Open the electrical cabinet door.
3.
Confirm that the Residual Current Circuit Breaker (RCCB) is tripped.
4.
If so, turn the RCCB on. Do not touch any other parts inside the electrical cabinet.
5.
Close the electrical cabinet door.
6.
Turn the machine on using the main switch.
7.
If the RCCB repeatedly trips, call your HP service representative.

Latching pneumatic actuator (MMB206) could not reach its end position. Its movement may be blocked.
1.
Be sure that lateral Build Unit surfaces are clean, especially the locating cones.
These operations must only be done by HP trained personnel.
