To disconnect Bluetooth on Bose QuietComfort headphones while keeping noise cancelling enabled:

1. Disconnect your mobile device:
- Either disconnect it manually from your device’s Bluetooth menu, or
- Turn off the Bluetooth feature on your mobile device.

2. Press the Action button to change the mode to noise cancellation only.

Noise cancellation will remain active without Bluetooth or audio interruptions.
