HOW TO USE

FILLING TANK WITH WATER
1. Turn OFF (
) and unplug unit from power source.
2. Place steamer on its side on a flat, heat resistant, level surface.
CAUTION: If unit has been in use, allow to cool (5 minutes for minimum cooling before
removing Water Tank and adding water).
3. Remove Water Tank by pulling the Water Tank downwards away from the unit, see Figure 1.
4. Remove rubber cap from top of Water Tank and fill with distilled water from a bottle or cup.
Replace rubber cap on top of the Water Tank. Do not overfill Water Tank.
NOTE: In order to minimize potential mineral build-up and prolong the life of your steamer,
distilled or de-mineralized water is recommended when filling Reservoir.
5. Replace Water Tank by pushing firmly up into the unit.
Always place steamer securely on the side when not in use. Do not rest steamer on other
surfaces or attempt to stand steamer on the Steam Nozzle or Base.
WARNING - Take care to not pinch your fingers or hand when replacing water tank into
unit.

Your Steamfast NOMAD steamer may not be working due to several possible reasons:

1. Mineral Build-Up – If the steamer has not been descaled, mineral deposits may block steam production. Follow the instructions for removing mineral build-up using a water-vinegar solution.
2. Water Tank Issues – Ensure the Water Tank is properly filled and securely in place.
3. Power Issues – Check if the power cord is plugged in and the ON/OFF button is pressed.
4. Heating Problem – Wait for the unit to heat up before pressing the Steam Button.
5. Warranty or Defect – If the steamer is still not working, check if it is within the warranty period and contact Steamfast for service.

If problems persist, follow the warranty claim process for repairs or replacement.
