INTRODUCTION

Thanks for choosing VAPORESSO COSS, VAPORESSO COSS is a smart, automatic, all-inone e-liquid refill solution to reduce frequent refilling and recharging. For better use of all the functions of this product, please read the operating instructions and detailed function manual carefully before using this product for the first time.

USER INSTRUCTIONS

1. START TO USE
   The hub remains on all times, there is no need to switch the device on/off.
2. FILL E-LIQUID IN CAPSULE
   • Take out the capsule from the hub
   • Pull out the silicone cap from the bottom of the capsule
   • Fill e-liquid through the hole
   • Put the silicone cap back in place firmly after filling is finished
   • Put the capsule back in the hub firmly
     * Refer to the figure below
     
3. FILLING BUTTON & INDICATOR GUIDE
   • Short press filling button to start filling, press it again to stop
   • The filling indicator is keep breathing during filling; Please do not try to remove the stick at this time. after filling is complete, the filling indicator remains on for 3 seconds and then goes off
     When anomalies occur during filling, the filling indicator flashes 5 times quickly, and the filling stops
4. FILLING THE STICK WITH LIQUID
   Insert the stick into the VAPORESSO COSS hub, hold the VAPORESSO COSS in the vertical direction, press the filling button, when you hear the "squeak" sound, the product starts to fill, and the filling indicator goes into the breathing state; when the filling is complete, you will hear the "squeak" " sound again, the filling indicator remains on for 3 seconds and then goes off, indicating that the filling is complete;
   You can push the stick to check the amount of liquid in the Pod. If the e-liquid in the stick is not full, you can refill the liquid

Notes: After filling the POD for the first time, you need to wait until the liquid to soak into the cotton core. It is recommended to use it after 3 minutes; and it is also recommended to use MTL e-liquid (PG/VG 50:50/ OR PG Higher)

1. Fill capsule and put it back into HUB (save this step if capsule is full)
   
2. When there is no liquid or less liquid in the stick, put it back
   
3. Hold it in vertical direction, press the filling button to refill
   
4. Automatic filling is completed
   
5. Check the liquid amount, do not exceed MAX line
   
   

5. FILLING SAFETY SYSTEMS
   
   1. When filling, please hold the hub vertically upwards, it cannot be filled when tilted or lying flat. If it is tilted or lying flat during filling, the hub stops filling and the filling indicator flashs 5 times quickly;
   2. Do not shake the hub too fast when filling. When the hub senses the rapid shaking, the hub will stop filling, and the filling indicator will flash 5 times quickly;
   3. If you continuously refilled for the second time, the filling indicator flashes 5 times, the fill protection function is triggered to prevent the liquid from overflowing;
   4. To deactivate the fill protection, please toggled the front button, then you can fill again
   5. 5.For better vaping experience, please do not fill the liquid exceed the MAX line Note: when you start a new pod, maybe you need to fill 2 or more times to reach the MAX line
   6. During filling, please remain the stick in the hub and not to vape
6. BATTERY LEVEL
   After push the front button, the 4 battery indicators will display as follows

   100%-75%	75%-50%	50%-25%	25%-0%

   
   
   *The stick cannot be refilled or recharged while the battery of the hub is low, the hub's last battery indicator will flash 5 times quickly for reminding;
   
7. CHARGE THE STICK'S BATTERY
   The stick will be automatically recharged when it is inserted into the hub. And the hub's battery indicator keeps breathing while charging; After the stick is fully charged, the breathing indicator will be off.
   
8. CHARGE THE HUB'S BATTERY
   The hub is charges with a USB-C cable. Under charging status, the battery level indicator lights up gradually. After the hub is fully charged, all the battery indicators will be on. In case of overcharge, please remove the USB-C cable after fully charged.
   
9. SHORT-CIRCUIT PROTECTION
   The VAPORESSO COSS is equipped with a safety system. If the device detects a short circuit, the last battery indicator flashes 10 times, the charging process stops and the current battery level will be displayed.

USING THE VAPORESSO COSS STICK

The stick can be vaped in 2 ways; either slide up the front button to use it, or take it out from the hub to use directly;

1. ATOMIZER
   After inserting the POD into the stick. The white light indicator flashes once, when the
   POD is removed the red light indicator flashes once
   
2. VAPORESSO COSS STICK CHARGE LEVEL INDICATOR
   If the LED of the stick is white, it means that the power of the stick is 30%-100%; If it is red, it means that the power is only 0-30%. In this case, it is recommended that you put the stick into the hub for charging
   
3. CHARGING THE VAPORESSO COSS STICK
   Insert the stick into the hub, the hub vibrates for 0.5 seconds and charges the stick. During charging, the hub's current power level indicator keeps breathing; after the breathing stops, it means the stick is fully charged;

1. FAQ
   The stick does not work

• Check if the stick has power, the red light of stick flashes while vaping, please charge it
• Check if the pre-installed POD insulation sticker has been torn off
• Check if the POD is installed in place
• Check if the product leaks or get wet, if yes, please wipe the liquid clearly;
• If the problem persists, please contact the customer service

The product cannot be filled

• Check if the product is held vertical when filling, the product cannot be filled if it is upside down or horizontal
• Check if the e-liquid in capsule is used up
• Pull the stick out and put it back, then press the filling button to see if the filling is normal
• If the problem persists after the above measures, please contact the customer service

Overflows of POD can occur during filling.

• Do not exceed the MAX line of the stick POD when filling;
• It is recommended to fill the stick for 1-2 times normally, please do not fill repeatedly;

1. Do not leave the charging device unattended.
2. Do not drop, throw or abuse your device, which may cause damage.
3. Please use a standard USB output charger with proper charging current and voltage range.
4. Keep away from the water or any flammable gas, liquid.
5. Do not expose the device to direct sunlight, dust, moisture or mechanical shock.
6. Do not expose the device to extreme temperature. (Recommended temperature range: -10~60℃ /14~140 ℉ while using and -10~45℃ /14~113 ℉ while storing).
7. EEE Recycling: the product should not be treated as household waste, instead, it should be handed over to the applicable collection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment.
8. Battery Recycling: the product battery should not be treated as household waste, instead, it should be handed over to the applicable used battery collection point for recycling.
9. Only have your device repaired by Vaporesso. Do not attempt to repair it by yourself as damage or personal injury may occur.

This refillable electronic cigarette is intended for use with compatible e-liquid, which may contain nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive substance and it is not suitable or recommended to use in following cases:

1. This device is not suitable for:
   • Persons under the legal smoking age.
   • Persons experiencing heart disease, stomach or duodenal ulcers, liver or kidney problems, long-term throat disease or difficult breathing due to bronchitis, emphysema or asthma.
   • Persons with an overactive thyroid gland or experiencing phaeochromocytoma (a tumour of the adrenal gland that can effect blood pressure).
   • Persons taking certain medications like Theophylline, Ropinirole or Clozapine and etc.
2. This device is not recommended for:
   • Non-smokers
   • Pregnant or breastfeeding women
3. You may experience the following results if you use nicotine containing e-liquid with this product. If it happens, please consult a healthcare professional and show them this leaflet if possible:
   Feeling faint / Nausea / Dizziness / Headache / Coughing / Irritation of the mouth or throat / Stomach discomfort / Hiccups / Nasal congestion / Vomition / Chest palpitations / pain or an irregular heart rate.
