    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS HANDLEBAR INSTALLATION A. Use the 6 mm hex wrench to remove the bolts from the handlebar clamp. Once the clamp is open, place the lower crossbar of the handlebar in the groove of the top crown. Loosely tighten the handlebar clamp with the 6 mm hex wrench and adjust the angle of the handlebar to rider’s comfort.

    DANGER! Ensure that this pre-ride safety check is carried out before each and every use of your SUPER73-K D, including the first ride. Failure to do so will give rise to a risk of injury, death and/or property damage. Make sure that the brakes have already been applied before getting on to the electric balance bike.

    23. 1. POWERING BIKE ON • Put on your helmet. Always wear a helmet when you are operating your SUPER73-K D. • Grab the brake handle to engage the brake, and seat yourself on the SUPER73-K • Switch the power button on the throttle to turn the bike on.

    • Never use a phone while simultaneously riding the electrical balance bike. WET WEATHER It is recommended to not ride in wet weather. This SUPER73-K D is not meant for use in puddles, heavy rain, and streams. Never immerse this product or any components in water as the electrical system may be damaged.

    As a parent or guardian, you are responsible for the activities and safety of your child. The SUPER73-K D is not designed for use by children under the age of 4. Obey all laws and regulations and always wear a helmet.

    • Ensure the Pre-ride Safety check (set out at page 14 of this handbook) is performed on your electric balance bike after assembly and before each and every use of your SUPER73- K1D (including first ride).
  • Page 20: Maintenance Schedule

    Inspect all hardware to ensure it is properly tightened. ‡ For your own safety, if any of the recommended maintenance procedures are not within your skill set, we advise taking your SUPER73-K D to a professional cycle mechanic for inspection.
  • Page 21 DANGER! Do not clean your SUPER73-K D with a strong water jet or steam jet from a short distance and take particular care not to spray water on or near the battery. This can damage the battery and create a risk of fire. In addition, the water can get past seals and get inside the bearings.

    For optimum braking performance, Super73 bikes are equipped with disc brakes. The SUPER73-K D is equipped with only a rear brake with the brake lever positioned on the left handle. To ensure maximum service life of the brake components, avoid contamination of the pads and the disc by greasy substances.

  • Page 24 • Operating temperatures between 40°F - 85°F (4°C - 30°C) should provide you the maximum range. SEAT It is not possible to adjust the seat height of the Super73-K D. The seat is fixed to the frame by bolts. For maintenance, use a cloth and water with a gentle soap for cleaning.
  • Page 25 STORAGE, PARKING, AND TRANSPORTATION • Park in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations if you’re in a public place. • Park indoors whenever possible. If you must park outdoors in rain or wet conditions, do not do so for an extended period of time, and afterward park in a dry location to allow the bike systems to dry out.

    Super73 will evaluate the warranty claim. If Super73 determines that the defective part is covered by the Limited Warranty, Super73 will replace or repair the defective part, at Super73’s sole discretion, without charge to the buyer.
