• SIMO Connection Error
This could be happened when it failed to connect to internet. You can try the re-connect
or contact SIMO customer support displayed on the screen.
• No better networks available
This notification will pop up after the system could not find another better network on
the current location. Tap Finish to go back to SIMO home screen.
Change SIM Type (vSIM to SIM card)
You can change your SIM card type from virtual SIM (SIMO service) to physical SIM card.
Tap Menu from home screen > Setting > SIM Type > Select SIM card > confirm by tapping OK.
When successful, you will be redirected to Home screen SIM card.
You can also view SIMO Service information from Menu on Home screen > SIMO service > tap
