Steps for troubleshooting:
1. The power indicator is off (green indicator)
Check when power is off:
Appearance of the plug at the input end: The blade is not oxidized or
broken.
Wire appearance: no damage or breakage.
The appearance of the power socket: the red power indicator is
normal, and there is no trace of arc discharge.
Insertion performance: The charger plug and the mains power socket
are tightly connected after insertion, without bad contact.
The charger is faulty, replace the charger.
2. The red light is off
Check when power is off:
Appearance of the charging socket of the charger: the wire is not
broken, deformed, oxidized, corroded, and has no trace of severe arc
discharge.
Appearance of electric vehicle charging socket: no breakage,
deformation, oxidation, rust, or traces of severe arc discharge.
Insertion performance: The charger plug and the electric vehicle
charging socket are closely matched after insertion, without bad
contact.
Output wire inspection: There are no obvious marks being crushed or
broken on the surface of the wire .
Mains power socket inspection: the input plug has no signs of
ablation, and there is no abnormality in the plug contact.
The charger is faulty, replace the charger.
3. The red light does not turn to the green light
Check when power is off:
The appearance of the fan: the blades are intact and not damaged,
and the air inlet and outlet are not clogged with obvious foreign
objects.
Check when power is on:
Fan working: whether it works normally and whether it is stuck.
Input and output voltage check: whether meets the specifications.
(According to the specification)
Battery performance inspection: charge and discharge inspection
(repair shop).
Charger input and output voltage inspection: whether it is within
specifications.
Charging time inspection: whether the light turns normally within the
specified time.
Battery performance inspection: charge and discharge inspection
(Performed by repair shop).
Judge that the charger is OK
• Due to the higher input voltage of the charger, the surface of the product shell should be kept free of water
stains during the maintenance judgement process.
• It is strictly forbidden to open the charger for maintenance. If you open it without permission, no warranty will
be given.
