2 As soon as you select Ascending or Descending, your
documents will be sorted according to the setting made
the last time you used the Sort function (the default
setting is By Name). To change the basis of the sort, go
back to the View menu and under Sort, select from By
Name, By Date, By Pages, or By Author. The SHARP
Desktop will then automatically sort your documents.
