8 Troubleshooting

Alert types

Anti-dismantling alert
Low battery alert
Way to trigger: The outside escutcheon is pried
open and there is a gap of space between the
door and the outside escutcheon.
Way to be alerted: Repeat alerts.
Way to turn off: Automatically turning off or
successful identity verification or a normal way to
unlock the door from inside.
Triggering: When the system wakes up, the
battery voltage will be automatically detected. If
the battery voltage is insufficient, an alert will be
triggered to remind you to replace the battery.
Alert mode: With a voice prompt when
unlocking.
Off: Turn off automatically.
