Finding Internal Phone Book Entries

There are several ways to display your internal Phone Book
entries. Follow steps outlined in the sections below to display
entries from the internal Phone Book menu.
Finding Names
You can review all the entries stored in your internal Phone
Book or find an entry quickly by following these simple steps:
1. Press
to access the main menu.
2. Highlight Phone Book and press
3. Highlight Find Name and press
4. To select the entry, scroll through the list using your
Navigation key.
5. Highlight your desired entry and press
specific label.

The following softkeys appear when you highlight a number or
address during step 5 above:
(left softkey) to make a Call.
Call
(left softkey) to go to the Website (only Web label).

Edit
(right softkey) to edit the phone number or address.
(Email and Web label only)
Shortcut:
From the Standby mode, press the right Navigation key to display
the Find Name feature.

Finding Entries
To find an internal Phone Book entry by entering the first letters:
1. Press
on the Navigation key.
2. Enter the first letter of the name or part of the name using
multi-tap method.
3. Highlight your desired entry by scrolling through the
phone book entry and press
If you enter a single letter, the display shows the list beginning
with the letter you entered.

1. From Standby mode, enter four or more digits.
2. Press

3. Highlight Find and press
that end with the digits you entered displays.)
4. Scroll through the list to select your desired entry.
5. Press
to call the selected entry.
Finding Speed Dial Numbers
To find phone numbers you have stored in Speed Dial locations:
1. Press
to access the main menu.
2. Highlight Phone Book and press
3. Highlight Speed Dial #s and press

Finding Voice Dial Numbers
To find phone numbers you have stored in Voice Dial:
1. Press
to access the main menu.
2. Highlight Voice Service and press
