1. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1. PURPOSE AND CONTENTS
The purpose of this manual is to provide the user, who already has basic technical knowledge, with all the specific
information required to operate the machine autonomously under normal circumstances.
It refers to information about the operation and routine maintenance included in the technical manual.
CAUTION
Any operation involving the replacement of parts must be only be carried out by qualified
technical personnel who must possess the following pre-requisites:
General and technical knowledge at a high enough level to understand the content of the manual.
Knowledge of the main hygiene, accident prevention and technological regulations.
Overall knowledge of the machine, as well as knowledge about electrical and hydraulic problems
that could be encountered on-site where the machine is installed.
1.2. SAFETY INFORMATION AND PRECAUTIONS
In order to understand the manual correctly, you must have a sound knowledge of the terms and conventions
used in the documentation. The following symbols are used to draw attention to the various types of hazards and
allow them to be recognised:
WARNING
Danger to the health and safety of the personnel in charge.
WARNING
Danger of electrocution - dangerous voltage.
CAUTION
Danger of damage to the machine or products being processed.
IMPORTANT
Important instructions or information about the product.
Read the instructions before using the equipment.
It indicates a manual adjustment operation that may also include the use of portable equipment or
tools.
It is required to detect a measurement value, to check a warning, to perform a visual check, etc.
