3. ADJUSTING THE POLE LENGTH To extend the pole, loosen the clamp knob (a) by turning it anti- clockwise. Then the pole will slide freely. To lock the pole to the required length, tighten the clamp knob (a) by turning it clockwise. (see Fig. F) 4.
