(1) Cloud Connect Settings (available with PN-SU01 upgrade)
Set the site URL of SharePoint Online.
(2) Send Email
Mail Server Settings : Select whether to use SMTP Server or Gmail.
When using SMTP Server:
Set Server Name, Port Number, Secure Password Authentication (SSL/TLS), Timeout,
User ID, Password and Email Address.
When using Gmail:
Set Timeout.
To keep the credentials on the computer, select "Keep sign in status".
Address Book : You can add, edit or delete address book contacts.
You can add contacts from the global address book or Gmail address book. (Available with PN-SU01
upgrade)
(3) Print setting
Register the settings for printing. (Page 53)
(4) External Application Settings
You can add external applications that can be launched while the software is running. (Page 47)
(5) Check the update at the time of launch
Set whether or not the system checks for new updates when this software is started. If there is a new update, a download
confirmation dialog box will appear. To use this function, the SHARP Information Display Downloader (Version 1.2 or higher)
must be installed.
n Language
You can set the language used in this software.
Caution
• If you set the language to other than the language used on the computer, functions such as character conversion may not
operate correctly.
• Some items do not change to the set language.
TIPS
• The settings will be applied when you restart the software.
• Also restart "Screen Capture Cut Tool".
• Selecting "Restore Default Settings" does not return the language setting to the default language.
