MAKING BETTER COFFEE

MAKING BETTER COFFEE

  1. Twist to lock both micro-filters together, and
  2. screw onto the rod.
  3. Add coarse-ground coffee. With an 18oz ESPRO Press P7 we typically use 4-5 tablespoons (T) coffee (18-27g)
  4. Fill with hot water (202°F/94°C) to the (MIN) fill line, or 5-7T/24-36g coffee when filled to the (MAX COFFEE) line. With a 32oz ESPRO Press P7, we use 6-9T/24-36g (MIN), or 8-14T/40-70g (MAX COFFEE).
  5. Stir.
  6. Cover with filters and lid. Leave the plunger raised. Wait 4 minutes.
  7. Press filter down slowly and pour. After each use, clean both filters inside and out.
  8. Remove lid, rod, and filters.
  9. Twist apart filters and unscrew rod.
  10. Hand wash with a bottle brush or sponge. All parts are dishwasher safe on the top rack.
