The camera is not recognised by your computer's operating system.
■ The USB cable
Connect the USB cable
(USB Type A) on your computer.
■ You are using a USB cable that does not support data transfer.
Use only the supplied USB cable
■ Your computer operating system is outdated or does not have the necessary drivers.
Update the operating system.
■ The camera is not switched on.
Switch on the camera by briefly pressing the MENU/On/Off button
The SD card is not recognised
■ The microSD card
Check whether the microSD card
■ The SD card type is not supported by the device.
Make sure you are using a microSD or microSDHC card.

Reformat the microSD card
Photos and videos cannot be saved
