To delete missed calls on the VTech IS8128:

1. Press q CID or p to scroll through the caller ID log.
2. To delete all missed calls:
- Press and hold OFF/CANCEL on the handset.
- Then press MENU/SELECT for four seconds when the handset is idle.
- You will hear a confirmation tone.
3. Alternatively, on the telephone base:
- Press q CID or p to highlight Del all calls.
- Press MENU/SELECT.
- When prompted with Delete all? or Delete all calls?, press MENU/SELECT to confirm.
- A confirmation tone will sound, and the screen will return to the previous menu.
