The Delixi CJX2 Series may be making noise due to the following reasons:
1. The power supply voltage is too low.
2. The magnetic system is skewed or mechanically stuck, preventing the iron core from closing properly.
3. The pole surface of the iron core is rusted or has foreign matter on it.
4. The short-circuit ring or the pole of the iron core is broken or excessively worn.

Arcing may occur due to:
1. High operating frequency or product overload.
2. A short circuit on the load side.

Possible solutions include increasing the operating circuit voltage, adjusting or cleaning the magnetic system, replacing damaged parts, and eliminating short circuits.
