Your ATD‐5950 is warranted for a period of 12 months from the original date of. Any consumable items, such as carbon
brushes, batteries, drill and driver bits and chucks are covered by a 90 day warranty. This warranty is valid for defects in
workmanship or materials only, and is handled at the point of sale.
The warranty given on this tool is against defects in workmanship and materials only. Any misuse, abuse or accidental
damage is not covered by warranty. The following actions will also result in the warranty being void:
• If the tool has been operated on a supply voltage other than that specified on the tool.
• If the tool shows signs of damage or defects caused by or resulting from abuse, accidents or alterations.
• If the tool is disassembled or tampered with in any way.
Note: Warranty excludes consumable parts such as carbon brushes, batteries, drill and driver bits and chucks.
