Chapter 1. About the graphics card
This chapter contains product information for the NVIDIA NVS 300 DMS59 Dual-VGA, Dual-DVI Graphics
Card (hereafter called the graphics card).
Product description
The graphics card is a single-slot, Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) Express 3.0, low-profile form
factor graphics card with a fitted full-height bracket for tower models. The graphics card provides additional
flexibility as it also can be installed in small form factor (SFF) models with the use of a low-profile bracket. It
is designed for two-dimensional (2D) business graphics in dual-monitor configuration.
The graphics card offers 512 MB of onboard double data rate three (DDR3) memory, and supports
attachment to DVI digital or VGA analog monitors. The maximum resolution for DVI digital monitors is 1920 x
1200 pixels and the maximum resolution for VGA analog monitors is 2048 x 1536 pixels.
The option package contains the following:
• A graphics card with a fitted full-height bracket
• Low-profile bracket
• DMS59 dual-VGA cable supporting attachment to two VGA analog monitors
• DMS59 dual-DVI cable supporting attachment to two DVI digital monitors
• Warranty poster
• Software and User Guide CD
