    Region Codes This TV/VCR/DVD has a Region One (1) DVD Player. DVDs must be labeled for ALL regions or for Region 1 in order to play on the unit. You cannot play DVDs that are labeled for other regions. Look for the symbols below on your DVDs. If these region symbols do not appear on your DVD, you cannot play the DVD in this TV/VCR/DVD.

    MANUAL CLOCK SET D.S.T. [OFF] ● The TV/DVD/VCR will search for a channel that carries a time signal. Channels that carry the time will appear at the top of the screen. Use one of these channels when you enter your AUTO CLOCK CH at step 9.

If the power is not off and you con- tinue watching TV, TIMER REC STANDBY starts flashing on the screen two minutes before the pro- grammed start time.

    ZERO RETURN TIME SEARCH INDEX SEARCH Sleep Timer Use the Sleep Timer to program the TV/VCR/DVD to shut off in a certain amount of time. Press SLEEP until the correct amount of time appears on the screen with SLEEP. Each press of SLEEP will increase the time by 30 minutes.

    Press s or B to rewind or fast forward the tape the length of time you chose. The TV/VCR/DVD will rewind or fast forward the tape the specified amount of time. The time counts down on the screen as the search progresses.
