SERVSWITCH™ WIZARD DVI
This chapter explains how to operate the ServSwitch Wizard DVI. Please read this
chapter carefully before starting to use the Wizard DVI; also make sure you have
read the note at the start of Chapter 4.

5.1 Power Status

At power-up, the ServSwitch Wizard DVI will try to select CPU channel #1 unless
(a) a password has been set or (b) the Wizard DVI isn't getting enough power to
operate properly. Watch the Wizard DVI's front-panel 7-segment display, as
described in Figure 5-1: If the Wizard DVI is not receiving enough power, the
display will be blank; if the Wizard DVI can select CPU 1, the display will show "1";
or if a password has been set, the Wizard DVI will display "P" and remain locked
until a valid password is entered. (For the meaning of this display after power-up,
see Section 5.3.)
