G4/G6/G7 (POWER SUPPLY) BOARD AND
LD BOARD REMOVAL
NOTES:
The Insulation Sheet (G4) and Insulation Sheet (G7) are not included with the LCD Panel and must
be replaced when replacing the LCD Panel.
The LD Board for KDL-40NX725 ONLY is NOT included with the replacement LCD Panel. Remove
the LD Board from the original LCD Panel to use on the replacement LCD Panel.

KDL-40NX725/55NX725 ONLY

A Remove 2 screws and lift-up LD Shield to detach from LCD Panel (KDL-40NX725 Only)
B Disconnect 4 connectors and lift-up LD Board to detach from LCD Panel (KDL-40NX725 Only)
C Remove screws from Power Supply Board
3 from G4 Board (KDL-40NX725Only)
4 from G6 Board (KDL-55EX720 Only)
D Disconnect connectors from Power
Supply Board and lift-up to detach
from LCD Panel
5 from G4 Board
(KDL-40NX725Only)
7 from G6 Board
(KDL-55EX720 Only)
E Remove 2 screws and disconnect 4
connectors from G7 Board to detach
from LCD Panel
(KDL-55EX720 Only)
F Remove 3 screws and disconnect
1 connector from Woofer Box to
detach from LCD Panel
