Assembly

1. Check the contents of the package for missing items
   
   
2. Unfold the frame and attach the rubber feet
   
3. Measure the diameter of the wheel and determine the position of the resistance unit
   
4. Place the resistance unit on the frame, in the right position
   
5. Secure the resistance unit on the frame
   
6. Replace the blockage and put 6-8 bars in your tyre
   
7. Ensure that the cylinder presses firmly against the tyre
   

BLUE MOTION/MATIC

1. Measure the handlebar diameter and place the proper insert in the lever
   
2. Mount the 10-position lever on the handlebar
   

BLUE TWIST

1. Adjust the resistance via the switch on the resistance unit
