What wrong if the battery is fully juiced, and when you turn on it powers up briefly and then turns off?

The BUTURE JR400 may power up briefly and then turn off even when the battery is fully charged due to the following reasons:

1. Battery Aging – An old or degraded battery may not hold a charge properly. Solution: Replace the battery.
2. Blocked Airflow – A full dust cup, clogged filter, or blocked telescopic tube/brush inlet can cause the vacuum to shut down. Solution: Empty the dust cup, clean or replace the filter, and remove any blockages.
3. Over Temperature Protection – If the battery temperature is too high, the vacuum may shut down. Solution: Stop using the vacuum and wait about 45 minutes for the battery to cool down.
4. Abnormal Charger Voltage – If the adapter voltage is too high or too low, the vacuum may turn off. Solution: Check the charger and contact support if necessary.

If the issue persists, replacing the battery or contacting customer support may be necessary.

The BUTURE JR400 vacuum may have no suction or power to the floor head due to the following reasons:

1. Blockage – The vacuum may be clogged with debris, preventing suction. The blockage reminder on the LED display can help identify this issue.
2. Dirty or Clogged HEPA Filter – A heavily soiled filter can reduce suction. The vacuum comes with replaceable filters, so swapping out a dirty one can restore performance.
3. Battery Issues – If the battery is not charged or is faulty, the vacuum may not function. Ensure it is charged for 4-5 hours before use.
4. Improper Assembly – If parts are not securely connected, the vacuum may not work correctly. Checking all connections can help resolve this.
5. Brush Roll Issues – If the brush roll is tangled with hair or debris, it may stop spinning, affecting suction and performance. Cleaning it regularly can prevent this problem.

Checking and addressing these issues can help restore the vacuum's functionality.
