Connect the Video output port on the LinkTheater Media Player to
the video input port on your television using the composite video
cable (supplied).

Connect the Audio output port on the LinkTheater Media Player to
the audio input port on your television using the analogue audio
cable (supplied).

Select the appropriate TV input source.

Connect the HDMI port on the LinkTheater Media Player to the
HDMI port on your TV using an HDMI cable (not supplied).

Insert two batteries into the
remote.
Slide and lift the battery com-
partment lid, insert two batteries
with the correct polarity, and
close the lid.
A warning that batteries (battery
pack or batteries installed) shall
not be exposed to excessive heat
such as sunshine, re or the like.

Connect the power cable
to the LinkTheater Media
Player's DC connector.

Plug the opposite end
into an AC power outlet.
The LinkTheater Media
Player powers up automati-
cally.

Connecting a USB storage device or net-

To connect a USB storage device
The LinkTheater Media Player has two USB ports that support
playback from USB external drives.

Transfer your favorite content on your computer to the USB
storage device in advance.

Connect the USB storage device to one of the LinkTheater
Media Player's USB ports.

Wait while the LinkTheater Media Player scans the USB stor-
age device for media les. (Scanning is enabled by default).
To connect to a network
Content on your computer can be played back on the LinkThe-
ater Media Player by connecting to your home network.
Connect the LAN port on the LinkTheater Media Player to the
network using a LAN cable (not supplied).
