Please remove any large objects or debris and it is advisable to then vacuum your hard floor prior to using your Floormate Edge. IMPORTANT: Only use Vax hard floors cleaning detergent. Using other detergents may cause excess foaming. Excessive foam will prevent the machine from working effectively. Using other detergents will invalidate the guarantee. -
