Declaration of conformity
Regal Beloit Italy S.p.A. declares, under its own responsibility, that the Nicotra Gebhardt centrifugal fan, whose data and
category are indicated on the label on the last page, complies with the requirements of the Directive 2014/34/EU (ATEX)
and that it can be used in areas with possible formation of explosive atmospheres, in accordance with the fan category
and classification, as defined in EN 1127-1.
The fan manufacture complies with the standard applyable norms below:
EN 1127-1, UNI CEI EN ISO 80079-36:2016, UNI CEI EN ISO 80079-37:2016, EN 14986
The technical documentation for product reference, as indicated by the Directive 2014/34/EU Annexe VIII, is available at
Regal Beloit Italy S.p.A., via Modena, 18 Ciserano Loc. Zingonia and, for fans belonging to class 2, it has been filed at the
LCIE (0081) notified Body with number ATEX/ITA/04/063.
EC-Declaration of Incorporation
The manufacturer:
herewith declares, that the Nicotra Gebhardt belt-driven fan, manufactured in the Regal Beloit plant in Ciserano
(Zingonia), Italy, and individually identified, according to the label on the last page, by Product designation, Part num-
ber / Revision, Batch n°, qualifies as a partly-completed machine, according to Article 2 clause (g), and does comply to
the following basic requirements of the Machine Directive (2006/42/EC): Annex I, Article 1.1.2, 1.3.7.
The relevant technical documentation is compiled by Regal Beloit Italy S.p.A., and stored at the same address above, and
the manufacturer accepts to transmit such documentation, on the partly completed machinery, on paper or in electronic
format, in response to a reasoned request by the national authorities.
This partly-completed machine must not be put into service until the final machinery into which it is to be incorporated
has been declared in conformity with the provisions of the Machine Directive (2006/42/EC).
