Getting on the Network Juke can be connected to your network either through a hard-wired ethernet connection or wirelessly over Wi-Fi as well. Whenever possible, we recommend a hard-wired connection for most stable performance. Hard-Wired Ethernet Connection If available, it is preferable to connect Juke to your network via Ethernet. Troubleshooting If you are experiencing any issues with your unit, the first step is to check the two indicator lights on the Juke. When the unit is in working condition, the heartbeat light should be blinking, and when the unit is connected to the network, the lighting bolt light should be firmly on. If you are experiencing any issues with your unit, the first step is to try cycling the power on the Juke as well as restarting your device. -
