Problem
When ironing at the
horizontal position, the
location of the iron dock
(where you rest the iron
on) is interfering with my
ironing.
The board is too high for
me at horizontal position.

Possible cause
The iron dock is located at the
side of the board instead of the
top of the board.
Pole height is not adjusted
when changing from vertical/tilt
position to horizontal position.

to the top of the board when ironing
