OPERATION
PADLOCKS ARE NOT INCLUDED. #5 STANDARD COMMERCIAL
PADLOCK SHOULD FIT. MAKE SURE ANY PADLOCK YOU
PURCHASE FITS IN THE SPACE.
TO LOCK: Open your padlock and slide the
U-bolt over the lock shackle. Slide the lock
through the lock housing on the front of the
box. Guide the U-bolt through the two holes
in the back of the lock housing. There is also an
additional steel plate for added strength. Secure
the U-bolt with the two nylon lock nuts supplied.
Repeat the procedure for the second lock. To
lock, close lid and push bottom of padlock until
lock "clicks" closed.
TO UNLOCK: Turn key, open padlock, and open
the lid.
When opening the lid, the gas shock will help
raise the lid but you should support the lid
and then secure it in the open position using
the mechanical lid support. Make sure the lid
support is fully extended and locked in place.
To close the lid, holding the the lid with the
hand hold in the front of the lid, use your other
hand to pull the mechanical lid support bracket
towards you, this will release the lid support.
Slowly lower the lid. Be careful not to get your
hand or fingers in between the lid and the body
of the box.
WARNING: The lid is heavy and
could cause injury.
MAINTENANCE
Auto wax can preserve the jobsite box's finish
and protects against scratches. Apply the
wax as you would to a car.

UTILISATION

ASSUREZ-VOUS QUE TOUT CADENAS QUE VOUS ACHETEZ
S'ADAPTE À L'ESPACE.
POUR VERROUILLER : Ouvrez votre cadenas et
faites glisser le boulon en U sur l'arceau de la
serrure. Faites glisser la serrure à travers le boîtier
de serrure sur le devant de la boîte. Guidez le
boulon en U à travers les deux trous à l'arrière
du boîtier de la serrure. Il y a aussi une plaque
d'acier supplémentaire pour plus de solidité.
Fixez le boulon en U avec les deux écrous de
blocage en nylon fournis. Répétez la procédure
pour la deuxième serrure. Pour verrouiller,
fermez le couvercle et poussez le bas du cadenas
jusqu'à ce que la serrure s'enclenche.
POUR DÉVERROUILLER : Tournez la clé, ouvrez le
cadenas et ouvrez le couvercle.
Lorsque vous ouvrez le couvercle, le vérin à gaz
aide à soulever le couvercle, mais l'utilisateur
doit soutenir le couvercle puis le fixer en position
ouverte à l'aide du support de couvercle
mécanique. Assurez-vous que le support
de couvercle est complètement déployé et
verrouillé en place.
Pour fermer le couvercle, en tenant le couvercle
avec la poignée à l'avant du couvercle, utilisez
votre autre main pour tirer le support mécanique
du couvercle vers vous, cela libérera le support
du couvercle. Abaissez lentement le couvercle.
Veillez à ne pas mettre votre main ou vos doigts
entre le couvercle et le corps de la boîte.
AVERTISSEMENT: Le couvercle est lourd
et peut provoquer des blessures.
ENTRETIEN
La cire d'auto peut préserver la finition de la
boîte de chantier et protéger contre les rayures.
Appliquez la cire comme vous le feriez sur une
voiture.
OPERACIÓN
NO SE INCLUYEN LOS CANDADOS. UN CANDADO COMERCIAL
ESTÁNDAR N.° 5 DEBERÍA ENCAJAR. ASEGÚRESE DE QUE EL
CANDADO QUE COMPRE QUEPA BIEN.
CÓMO CERRAR: Abra el candado y deslice el
abarcón sobre el grillete del candado. Deslice el
candado a través de la carcasa en el frente de la
caja. Guíe el abarcón a través de los dos orificios
que se encuentran en la parte posterior de la
carcasa. La placa de acero adicional ofrece una
mayor resistencia. Asegure el abarcón con las
dos tuercas de bloqueo de nailon suministradas.
Repita el procedimiento para el segundo
candado. Para cerrar, cierre la tapa y presione
la parte inferior del candado hasta escuchar el
"clic" de cierre.
CÓMO ABRIR: Gire la llave, abra el candado y
luego abra la tapa.
Cuando abra la tapa, el muelle de gas facilita el
proceso. Sin embargo, debe sostener la tapa y
luego mantenerla abierta para poder fijarla con
la barra de soporte mecánica. Verifique que la
barra de soporte esté totalmente extendida y
fijada en su lugar.
Para cerrar la tapa, sosteniéndola con la mano en
el frente de la tapa, use su otra mano para tirar
del soporte mecánico de la tapa hacia usted,
esto soltará el soporte de la tapa. Baje la tapa
lentamente. Asegúrese de no colocar los dedos y
las manos entre la tapa y el cuerpo de la caja. La
tapa es pesada y podría lastimarlo.

podría causar lesiones.
MANTENIMIENTO
La cera para automóviles ayuda a preservar
el acabado de la caja de obra y la protege de
rayones. Aplique la cera como lo haría en un
automóvil.
