CONFIGURING THE ACTIVEX CONTROLS

When the IP camera connects with Internet Explorer for the first time, the user must install the plug-in. To install the plug-
in, the browser protection level must be set. Select the "Tools/Internet Options/Security/Custom Level" menu and
"ActiveX controls and plug-ins" select "Enable" or "Prompt", as illustrated in the figure below. For security, after
visualizing the image of the IP camera, reset the IE browser protection to the default settings.
Plug-in installation method
Enter the IP address of the IP camera in the IE address bar to connect the IP camera. The controls will be automatically
uploaded to the IP camera.
The plug-in installation window will appear. Click on "Install" to complete installation automatically.
