Follow the steps below to initialize (perform a factory reset on) this product.

This will restore all settings of this product to their factory defaults. The information for devices registered
(paired) will be deleted.

Charge this product.
The indicators light up red

Once this product has charged, hold down the power key for 10 seconds.
Make sure that the indicator lights up as shown below.
