Installing a UPS PDC / 安装UPS配电柜
Checking Before Installation / 安装前检查
Check that all components listed in the packing list are intact. Ensure that all components are available before cleaning
up the packing materials. If components or fittings are damaged during transportation or do not comply with the
contract, make records onsite and contact your local Huawei office immediately. Check that the UPS PDC is in good
condition.

Installing the Cabinet / 安装机柜
Remove packing materials and move the cabinet from the wood pallet to the ground.
去除机柜外包装材料，将机柜从木栈板移动至地面。
Level
Determine the position for installing the cabinet. Measure the ground levelness by using a level, measure the

distances shown in the following figure by using a measuring tape, and mark lines on the ground by using a marker.
规划机柜定位。用水平尺测量地面水平度，根据机柜安装孔位尺寸标注图用卷尺测量距离并画线。

Use a hammer drill to drill holes on the ground and install expansion bolts.
用冲击钻在地面安装孔位处钻孔并安装膨胀螺栓。
Move the cabinet to the required position. Insert the assembly bolts into the mounting holes in the cabinet and the
ground, and partially tighten the assembly bolts.
摆放机柜至固定位置。再将组合螺栓插入机柜与地面的安装孔并预紧固螺栓。

If the cabinet is installed on a support, skip steps 2 and 3. In this case, align the mounting holes in the cabinet with
those in the support and partially tighten the assembly bolts.
如果机柜安装在支架上，步骤2、3可省略，此步骤中将机柜与支架的安装孔位对齐，用螺栓预紧固。
Adjust the anchor bolts to level the cabinet. 调节机柜支撑地脚使机柜水平。
Output circuit breakers
输出空开
Tighten the assembly bolts in diagonal order. 按对角线顺序交叉紧固螺栓。

1. Level the cabinet by using a
level. 使用水平尺调整机柜水平。
2. Wrench an anchor bolt
clockwise to elevate the cabinet,
or wrench an anchor bolt
anticlockwise to lower the
cabinet. The adjustable height
ranges from 0 mm to 8 mm.
顺时针方向将机柜调高，逆时针
方向调低。地脚调节范围：
0mm～8mm。
3. Adjust four anchor bolts to
avoid damage to the cabinet.
Adjusting only one anchor bolt
may slant the cabinet.
机柜调平过程中，不要只调节一
方地脚的高度，尽量四方地脚协
调调节，以免机柜倾斜造成机柜
损坏。
