4. Programs We created four specially designed stimulation programs Peace, Focus, Energize and Glow that are designed to promote unique physical and mental states. We recommend using no more than two preset programs a day for the first two weeks and at most, twice a day thereafter. - Page 8 Program Descriptions Understanding the default Programs Each default program has been developed with different inputs. After running the program, we recommend turning off the device. Notice the effects from the device, if you feel positive effects and wish to extend the therapy, increase daily by 2 minute increments to a maximum of 20 minutes.
