    Scanner on/off Connecting the scanner When the scanner is installed, a Philips installation engineer or a Philips authorized engineer will connect the scanner to the main power supply and to the IMS. Contact Philips if the scanner needs to be reconnected.

    - Check that all tissue has been detected and scanned. - Check that the barcode has been detected. If one of these checks is not OK, contact Philips to help you solve the problem with the scanner. ► Use the IMS for the image data and image quality check.

    As long as the equipment is properly operated and maintained, it presents no environmental risks. Please contact Philips if you want to take the scanner out of service. Before taking the scanner out of service, perform a data clean up and make sure that all personal data (including security information such as PIN codes and passwords) has been removed.

    Specification Height adjustment Make sure that the free space above the scanner is at least 1200 mm to allow Philips service engineers to remove covers and internal components for service purposes.
