Cutter-Motor Drain-Line Kit

Model No. 111-8081
This kit is for Groundsmaster 3400 machines from serial number 315000001 and earlier, and reroutes the cutter-motor
drain-line directly back to the tank to prepare for potential cutter motor replacements.
Before installing this kit, refer to your Groundsmaster Operator's Manual for safety instructions and the product overview.

Installation

Use the chart below to verify that all parts have been shipped.
Description
Blanking plug
1/4 inch tee
3/8 inch adaptor
1. Lower the cutting deck, shut off the engine, remove the
key, and ensure that there is no remaining pressure in
the hydraulic circuit.
2. Raise and support the operator's platform.
3. On the rear of the cutter block, remove the 3/8 inch
drain hose and install a blanking plug in the opening
(Figure 1).

4. On the front of the machine, loosen the drain-line
bulkhead-fitting.
5. Remove the 1/4 inch adapter and hose from the top
of the oil suction flange.
6. Install the 1/4 inch tee
7. Attach the 1/4 inch adapter and hose from step
the rear of the 1/4 inch tee
