Trying to vacuum seal meat followed all guidelines and it not vacuuming the air out but is sealing can you help please

The Aobosi YVS-102 vacuum sealer may be sealing but not removing air from the meat due to the following possible reasons:
1. Excess Liquid in the Bag: Too much liquid in the bag can interfere with the vacuuming process. Pre-freeze the meat for 1-2 hours before vacuuming to reduce liquid.
2. Obstructions Around the Seal Area: Food debris or other obstructions around the sealing area can prevent proper vacuuming. Clean the seal area thoroughly.
3. Wrinkles in the Bag: Wrinkles in the bag can hinder the vacuum process. Gently stretch the bag flat while inserting it into the vacuum chamber to prevent wrinkles.
4. Insufficient Space in the Bag: Ensure there is at least 4 inches of space between the bag contents and the top of the bag to allow proper vacuuming.

“Gentle" mode is a shorter vacuum process best used for fragile food or food with moist surface. Eg. Meat, Sliced fruit, bread, red dates, cookies etc. If you do not need to vacuum the soft food so tight, you can press the “STOP” button by manual and then seal the bag by yourself.

To vacuum seal silver, wrap fork tines in soft cushioning material, such as paper towel or one more protection package, to avoid puncturing bag, and seal as normal.
