AutoSaver Auto On/Off (option) The AutoSaver feature (if equipped) allows your RoboVent Vista360 air filtration system to rest when not needed, saving energy dollars. The AutoSaver turns the system on when cutting, welding, or process operations start and turns it off after the specified duration of being idle.

    Receiving & Inspection Receiving RoboVent Equipment is typically shipped on skids or in crates. The number of skids/ crates will vary, depending on the type, size and accessories ordered. These skids/crates are too heavy to lift by hand, and will need to be unloaded by an industrial fork-truck or similar equipment.

    3. Check the compressed air connection. RoboVent Vista360 collectors come complete with full electrical controls and automatic pulsing system. The entire contents of the control systems are installed inside the electrical enclosure.
  • Page 16 The Robovent will automatically turn off after 2-5 minutes of inactivity. To return to manual operation simply use the blower start button and the Robovent will switch to manual mode and the blower will operate continuously. Refer to “Appendix A - eTell Instructions”.
  • Page 17 A record of this pressure differential should be recorded periodically and kept for future reference. During use of your RoboVent Vista360 Series Collector the differential pressure will increase as the filters load up. (Cartridge filters should be replaced when the gauge reads approximately 2.7 kPa.

    6. Blower wheel could be out of balance. If the blower wheel has gone out of balance, there will be excessive vibration. In this case, please contact the RoboVent Technical Department at 1-888-762-6836. Dynamic Pulse Filter Cleaning System not operating. Check the following: 1.

  • Page 29 1. The eTell Machine Settngs are accessed through the Menu Tab (see Figure A6). Each setting is configurable and set at the factory. RoboVent only recommend that 2 sttings be changed: "Asset#" and "PLC Time Sync". PLC Time Sync simply allows the PLC time to sync with the current time on your phone/tablet.
