After registration is successfully done the Register button will be disabled as shown below

Register Process is required only once after a clean installation so, button will be disabled after a
single action.
Host Name: It is the name of the system in which the application is installed.

Update System Name:

This button can be used to update the system name in the Clarity Business Manager whenever the
system name is changed in order to maintain the consistency across the Clarity Business Manager and
application.
