QUICK GUIDE
AND CARE & USE
Classic Encapsulated Construction

encapsulated base with 5mm of aluminum,
sandwiched between the body and a magnetic
stainless steel base cap for even heat distribution
at the base of your cookware.
2
Use Correct Burner Size
Use a burner that is SMALLER than or the same
size as the bottom of your pot. For gas stoves,
make sure flames NEVER extend up the
sides of cookware.
5
Adding Salt
Add salt ONLY after water has boiled or
food has reached cooking temperature.
Adding it beforehand may cause permanent
white spots and pits on cookware surface.

To Preheat Cookware
Use LOW to MEDIUM heat when preheating.
To test for readiness, sprinkle with water or add a
small piece of food. If it sizzles, the pan is ready.
Do Not Store Food
Your cookware is not designed for storing

1
Clean Thoroughly
Before first use, wash in a solution of warm
soapy water and vinegar. Rinse and dry with
a soft cloth. Cookware is also dishwasher safe.
Use a non-scratch sponge to remove stuck-on
foods and our cleaners to remove
discolorations or spots.
4
Never Use High Heat
Your cookware features an energy-efficient
construction that spreads heat evenly and quickly
at MEDIUM & LOW heat settings. Using high
heat can cause foods to burn and may
damage your cookware.
PRECAUTIONS
FOR LARGE COOKWARE
Make sure to refer to your stove's manual or
contact manufacturer to learn if your stove has
any weight or size limitations before cooking.
